OKAY.
WHAT DO I DO NOW?
For the work situations that actually matter — when you want me to understand the full context before we talk. You’re past “is this normal?”. Now there’s a conversation, decision, negotiation or conflict you need to handle well. I’ll help you understand your options, think through the HR dynamics and decide how you want to move.
YOUR SITUATION
NOT EVERY DIFFICULT WORK SITUATION NEEDS A LAWYER.
SOMETIMES YOU NEED HR STRATEGY BEFORE LEGAL STRATEGY.
When the stakes are higher, context matters.
What was said before?
What does your employer appear to be trying to achieve?
What outcome do you want?
Where do you actually have room to move?
Handle gives us the space to look at the full picture before we talk about your next step.
THIS IS PROBABLY YOU
YOU DON’T NEED MORE INFORMATION.
YOU NEED TO DECIDE HOW TO HANDLE IT.
You already know this situation matters.
What you’re missing is an independent HR brain to help you think through the consequences before you walk into the next conversation.
“I have an important conversation coming up.”
Performance, expectations, conflict, a PIP or another conversation where what you say next genuinely matters.
“I need to negotiate this properly.”
Promotion, salary, role scope, responsibilities, contract changes or another situation where you want to know where your leverage actually is.
“I have options — but I don’t know which move makes sense.”
You need to weigh the context, risks, relationships and likely employer response before deciding what you want to do.
THE STRATEGY PART
WE DON’T START WITH:
“WHAT SHOULD I SAY?”
We first work out what is actually happening, what outcome matters to you and how the situation may look from the employer’s side.
Then your response becomes much easier to shape.
01. The full context
The emails, conversations, history and relevant documents that change how the situation should be read.
02. The HR dynamics
What might your manager or employer be trying to solve? What is procedure, what is negotiation and what genuinely stands out?
03. Your options
What could you accept, question, negotiate, push back on or leave alone — and what could each route trigger next?
04. Your next move
We turn the analysis into practical preparation for the conversation or decision in front of you.

“In your corner. Not automatically on your side.”
I’m independent enough to tell you when your employer’s explanation sounds perfectly reasonable too.
The point isn’t to manufacture a fight.
It’s to help you understand your position and make a more informed move.
HOW IT WORKS
I UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION
BEFORE WE GET ON THE CALL.
That’s the important difference.
Handle gives me preparation time so our conversation can focus on interpretation, options and strategy — not twenty minutes of “okay, so what happened next?”.
Tell me what’s happening
Use the pre-filled email to give me the situation, your goal, key people involved and any upcoming deadline.
Send the key documents
Relevant emails, letters or other documents that I need to understand the situation properly.
I prepare
I review the context beforehand and identify the questions, dynamics and decision points we should work through.
We build your next move
We have a focused 60-minute conversation and translate the situation into practical next steps.

I want to understand the relevant context, documents and dynamics first — so the call can focus on what you actually need: options, strategy and your next move.
FAQ
BEFORE YOU BOOK.
How is Handle different from Navigate?
Navigate is mainly about understanding what’s happening.
Handle is for situations where you also need to decide how to respond, prepare for an important conversation or think through a more complex strategy.
I also review relevant context before a Handle call.
What kind of situations fit Handle?
Think performance or PIP conversations, workplace conflict, promotion or salary negotiations, significant role changes, difficult manager or HR conversations, or another situation where your next move has meaningful consequences.
Can I send documents beforehand?
Yes — that is part of the point of Handle.
Send the key documents or emails that materially affect the situation.
If the amount of material is significantly beyond what I can reasonably review within Handle, I’ll tell you before we confirm the booking.
Will you tell me exactly what to say in the meeting?
We can absolutely work on how you want to frame your message, which questions to ask and what you may want to avoid.
But the goal is not to give you a robotic script — it’s to help you understand the strategy behind what you say.
Can Handle replace an employment lawyer?
No.
I can help with the HR strategy and workplace context.
If your situation requires formal legal interpretation, representation or advice about legal rights and consequences, I’ll tell you that you need an employment lawyer.
What if I have a VSO or another legal document?
I can help you understand the HR context around why the document may have been presented and which practical questions you may want to consider.
I am not the right person to provide a formal legal review of the agreement itself, so I may recommend having an employment lawyer review it as well.
Will you automatically tell me to push back?
No.
Sometimes pushing back is sensible.
Sometimes asking one more question is smarter.
Sometimes your employer’s position is entirely reasonable.
Bestie means candid, not biased.
How quickly can we talk?
My target is to schedule Handle within 3 working days, depending on availability and whether I have received the context I need to prepare.
Is €179 the permanent price?
No.
€179 is the current founding-client rate while I refine the service with the first group of paying clients.
YOUR MOVE
YOU KNOW THIS MATTERS.
NOW LET’S WORK OUT HOW YOU WANT TO HANDLE IT.
Send me the situation, the decision in front of you and the key context.
I’ll look at it from the HR side before we talk — so we can spend our time on what actually matters: your options and your next move.
